SHOP POLICIES & WAIVER
Please review our policies before booking. By using our facility, you agree to these terms.
General Agreement
By booking a bay or using any services at The OGC10 Garage & Co., you agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and these Terms & Conditions. This is a DIY-first facility, and customers are responsible for their own work unless otherwise arranged. All users must be 18+ or accompanied by a legal guardian.
Booking Requirements
- •All bay rentals require a 25% deposit at the time of booking.
- •The remaining 75% balance plus 8.25% sales tax is due upon arrival or completion.
- •Vehicles must be drivable and able to enter/exit the bay under their own power (or trailered).
- •A valid driver's license and signed waiver are required for all bookings.
- •Customers must arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled start time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24+ Hours Notice
Full deposit refund or free reschedule.
Less Than 24 Hours
Deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling may be available at staff discretion.
No-Shows
No-shows forfeit the full deposit and any member hours booked. Please cancel in advance if you can't make it.
Late Arrival Policy
Arrival more than 15 minutes past your scheduled start time may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the booking at staff discretion. We cannot guarantee late arrivals will receive full time if another booking follows.
Running late? Call or text us at 903-213-5690 so we can try to accommodate you.
Shop Rules
- •No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the shop.
- •Closed-toe shoes required at all times in the shop area.
- •No alcohol or drugs on premises.
- •Children must be supervised at all times and kept out of active work areas.
- •Respect the equipment, tools, and other customers.
- •Ask before borrowing tools not included with your bay.
Damage & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any damage to shop property, equipment, or other vehicles caused by negligence or misuse. OGC10 Garage is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, personal items, or injuries sustained while using our facility.
Please report any equipment issues or damage immediately to staff.
Fluid Handling & Environmental Safety
- •All fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid, etc.) must be disposed of in designated containers.
- •Spills must be cleaned up immediately using provided absorbent materials.
- •Do not pour any fluids down drains or onto the ground.
- •Improper disposal may result in cleanup fees.
Cleanup Requirements
All bays must be cleaned before leaving. This includes:
- • Returning all tools to their proper locations
- • Sweeping your work area
- • Disposing of trash and used parts properly
- • Cleaning up any fluid spills
Excessive mess or unreturned tools may result in additional fees.
Safety Requirements
- •Safety glasses are recommended when working under vehicles or using power tools.
- •Use jack stands in addition to the lift as a backup when working under vehicles.
- •Follow all posted safety signs and equipment instructions.
- •If you're unsure how to use any equipment, ask staff for assistance.
- •First aid kit and fire extinguisher locations are posted throughout the shop.
Waiver & Liability Release
By booking a bay or using our services, you acknowledge that automotive work involves inherent risks including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and equipment malfunction. You agree to:
- 1.Assume all risks associated with using the facility, tools, and equipment.
- 2.Release OGC10 Garage, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages.
- 3.Indemnify and hold harmless OGC10 Garage from any claims arising from your use of the facility.
A full waiver must be signed electronically during the booking process or in person before using any bay.
Payment Terms
- •We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- •A valid payment method must be on file for all bookings.
- •Texas sales tax (8.25%) applies to all services.
- •Membership fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
Right to Refuse Service
OGC10 Garage reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a booking early, or remove any person from the premises for safety violations, disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or any other reason at the discretion of management. No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to policy violations.
